SMX25 Flex & Seal is a hybrid polymer. It is incredibly tough, sticks to almost anything even if slightly damp, and you can paint over it. Silirub WS+ is a premium silicone. It offers better UV resistance for extreme sun exposure but you cannot paint it.
Can I use a standard acrylic gap filler on an exterior façade?
