Instructions
- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry or only slightly moist, free of dust and grease.
- Apply with a high fill‑ratio caulking gun. Tool joint immediately with finishing solution or soapy water.
- Clean up immediately with the appropriate cleaner (before curing). Once cured the product can only be removed mechanically.
- Application temperature: between +5 °C and +35 °C.

T-Rex Crystal FAQs
Can T‑Rex Crystal be used on slightly damp or humid surfaces?
Yes. The product offers excellent adhesion on surfaces that are slightly moist, but ensure the substrate is stable and any heavy contamination or loose materials are removed beforehand.
Is T‑Rex Crystal suitable for outdoor use or areas with high UV exposure?
Yes, it can be used exterior or interior. Though note that with long or intense UV exposure there may be slight discolouration over time which does not necessarily affect performance.
Does T‑Rex Crystal require a primer for all substrates?
No primer is required for many standard building substrates. In critical applications (non‑porous surfaces, high load areas, plastics) a surface activator or primer may improve adhesion.
Can I paint over the cured sealant?
Yes, the sealant can be painted with water‑based paints. For other paint types, run a compatibility test first.
Which surfaces is it not suitable for?
It is not recommended for use on PE, PP, PTFE or bituminous substrates, and is not suitable for continuous water immersion applications. Always perform a substrate compatibility test if uncertain.
