Applications
- Bonding of drywall panels, internal plasterboard panels and fiber cement wallboard to timber and metal studs
- Wall and Ceiling applications
- Bonding of decorative elements, cornices, skirting boards, etc.
Instructions
• Application temperature +5°C until +35°C. • Boards must be installed as per instructions of the manufacturer.
• The adhesive must be used in combination with mechanical fixing.
• Surfaces must be dry, clean and free of dust, grease and other contaminants
• Apply the adhesive with a spatula to the stud or in a dot of the size of ca 25x15mm and press parts together firmly.
• Leave a minimum of 200mm distance between the adhesive & mechanical fixings For walls
• Apply adhesive with 300mm centres and 200mm from board edges
For ceilings
• Apply adhesive with 230mm centres and 200mm from board edges
• Insert wallboard onto the studs before skin formation of the adhesive
Clean up fresh adhesive with water immediately after use
• Full strength is achieved 24-48 hours after application depending on environmental conditions
• Important: Due to the variety of substrates a preliminary compatibility test is required.
